In 2000, Jonathan Crane founded Integrity Staffing with a simple goal: provide honest help for companies looking for employees and people looking for work. He wanted every person to feel like a “Big Fish in a Small Pond.” Jonathan’s friendly and personable service quickly caught the eye of the community, and we soon became a hub for jobseekers and companies. 25 years later, Integrity Staffing has become a leading staffing agency with over 100+ companies trusting us with their hiring.

Serving the Community

OVER 5,000 SWEATSHIRTS DELIVERED EACH YEAR

Each year we partner with local companies to provide warm clothing to those in need. We provide boxes to over 90 companies. In December, we spend an entire week picking up the clothes and delvering them to 5 regional shelters. We average 4 UHAUL truckloads of clothes and over 5,000 articles of clothing. Shelbie Renner

Shelbie is the Recruiting Manager of our Tualatin and Woodburn office with over 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry. She specializes in several industries including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Call Center & Customer Service, Maintenance, and Welding & Fabrication. When she’s not working, Shelbie enjoys spending time with her family and making lasting memories with her two young boys.
