In 2000, Jonathan Crane founded Integrity Staffing with a simple goal: provide honest help for companies looking for employees and people looking for work. He wanted every person to feel like a “Big Fish in a Small Pond.” Jonathan’s friendly and personable service quickly caught the eye of the community, and we soon became a hub for jobseekers and companies. 25 years later, Integrity Staffing has become a leading staffing agency with over 100+ companies trusting us with their hiring.

OVER 5,000 SWEATSHIRTS DELIVERED EACH YEAR

Each year we partner with local companies to provide warm clothing to those in need. We provide boxes to over 90 companies. In December, we spend an entire week picking up the clothes and delvering them to 5 regional shelters. We average 4 UHAUL truckloads of clothes and over 5,000 articles of clothing. Shelbie Renner

Shelbie Renner is our Tualatin Branch Manager that has been in the Recruiting industry for nearly 10 years. Some of the industries she specializes in is Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Call Center & Customer Service, Maintenance and Welding & Fabrication. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with her family, and creating memories with her two young boys.

Sonia Rodriguez

Sonia Rodriguez is our Woodburn Branch Manager.  She has decades of recruiting experience and thrives on not just meeting, but beating client expectations.  Her successful placements are too numerous to count and her clients count on her for good reason.  She is an expert at finding the right talent time and time again, and her clients love her. When not working, Sonia enjoys spending time with her family, taking spontaneous adventures with her husband. Her daughter is at OSU and her son just graduated High School.
