He wanted every person to feel like a “Big Fish in a Small Pond.” Jonathan’s friendly and personable service quickly caught the eye of the community, and we soon became a hub for jobseekers and companies. 25 years later, Integrity Staffing has become a leading staffing agency with over 100+ companies trusting us with their hiring.

Shelbie is the Recruiting Manager of our Tualatin and Woodburn office with over 10 years of experience in the recruiting industry. She specializes in several industries including Accounting & Finance, Human Resources, Call Center & Customer Service, Maintenance, and Welding & Fabrication. When she’s not working, Shelbie enjoys spending time with her family and making lasting memories with her two young boys.
